Malama Martial Arts is dedicated to creating a community of human understanding and cultural development focused on the principles that all Martial Arts convey. Our Head Quarters on the big island of Hawaii will provide the environment and tools of learning through the sharing of Martial Arts culture(s) and Masters philosophy with the local community and each other, through the sharing and the help of the World Martial Arts community and the people of Hawaii, we are opening a school and college campus for sports and arts of many forms to allow sponsorship and advancement of our human culture and provide an environment of excellence and discipline for any and all. We know the Martial Arts and related Sports foster individual greatness tempered with humility, and other great human characteristics such as deep compassion and kindness, selflessness and integrity, keen foresight, and all the greatest of human qualities any person can aspire to be, no matter the language or nationality of the individual.
The formation of a non-profit corporation (IAAASP, Inc.) to allow talented athletes and arts and other visitors from all Nations and local gifted athletes and artists a place to concentrate on their gifts, by providing housing, nutrition, training and learning programs, and develop the athletes and artists in an atmosphere where their focus on their goals can be supported while sharing their gifts and talents with the local and world community. A “Shaolin Temple”, or “Organic Olympic Training and Arts Center in Paradise” is the Goal.
This sponsorship program will seek private and corporate sponsors to allow these athletes and artists to make an impact on the world and help create PEACE on earth through the pursuits of excellence in their own paradigm that they achieve through the sponsorship program. Thereby creating the harmony and enrollment that brings all colors, creeds and religions together for the greater good and may help to eliminate the inequities in the world, such as hunger, disease, greed and destruction of the planet thereby creating a higher understanding of purpose for all human beings.
Through this higher ideal and purpose Malama Martial Arts will promote Health & fitness lifestyles and seeks to be recognized as the universal unifying entity promoting all martial arts styles and cultures and furthering human excellence with this web site and the martial arts communities and Masters creating the ultimate learning support group in the world.
The goal is steady expansion and phasing, first the co-ordination of Malama Martial Arts with the local established experts in their various fields of sport, higher learning, health and eco-tourism, then the opening of a College of Martial Arts, Sports fitness, and Arts of all natures, expanding those courses to public, charter, and private education institutions and organizations throughout Hawaii, the USA, and the world, then finally the ability to sponsor great athletes whether local or International, regardless of their country of origin, or economic background, to further the possibility of the quality of human being’s life experience.
Thereby creating harmony within ourselves, our peoples, and our nations. With the hope that our treatment of this planet and all the creatures that were created by it and who hope to live on it may be served and appreciate the miracle of life.
